PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY AND PRIVACY POLICY
I. INFORMATION FOR INDIVIDUALS WHOSE DATA IS OR WILL BE PROCESSED
In compliance with the obligations arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as ‘GDPR’), please be informed that:
The controller of your personal data is MRRE Invest Sp. z o.o., KRS No. 0000857560 (hereafter referred to as ‘Data Controller’ or ‘DC’). In cases where MRRE Invest Sp. z o.o. implements investments jointly with other entities, it results in co-administration of personal data by MRRE Invest Sp. z o.o. and the respective entities mentioned above. The co-administrators (referred to as ‘Co-Controllers’ or ‘CC’) jointly determine the purposes and methods of personal data processing. For individuals whose data is processed by the CC, the entity responsible for fulfilling obligations related to data protection is MRRE Invest Sp. z o.o., KRS No. 0000857560. The core content of agreements between CCs will be made available upon request to the data subject.

To enhance the handling of requests concerning the processing of personal data, the DC and CC have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Any inquiries regarding the processing of your personal data should be directed to the DPO.

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to the processing of your personal data. Where processing is automated and technically feasible, you may also request that your personal data be transferred to another controller. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
If personal data processing is necessary for contract performance, to take action at the data subject’s request before a contract is concluded, or based on the legitimate interest of the DC, or to comply with a legal obligation, your data will be disclosed to the DC or CC. Data may also be disclosed to third parties cooperating with the DC or CC in fulfilling their obligations (e.g., legal offices, notary offices, banks, service providers, property managers).
In cases where processing is based on consent, personal data may be shared with third parties for specific purposes, such as marketing agencies, survey companies, etc.
Personal data may be subject to profiling to create client profiles for statistical, marketing, and content personalization purposes, including ads and offers. Users are informed prior to profiling, which begins once consent is obtained.
Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing:

Purpose: Contract performance or action upon request of the data subject before contract conclusion.
Legal Basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data provision is necessary for contract conclusion; refusal makes contract conclusion impossible. -
Purpose: Legitimate interest of the DC.
Legal Basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The DC’s legitimate interest includes establishing, defending, and pursuing claims from contracts, direct marketing, and opinion polling. Data provision by individuals is optional as the DC already holds this data. -
Purpose: Distribution of newsletters via traditional and electronic mail regarding new investments, company news, open days, and events.
Legal Basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent of the data subject). Consent is voluntary; refusal prevents newsletter distribution by the DC or CC. -
Purpose: Legal obligations of the DC under applicable law, such as accounting, tax, and archiving obligations.
Legal Basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
The duration of personal data processing depends on its purpose:
- For contracting parties: Until claims are time-barred or as per applicable law.
- For individuals interested in purchasing real estate: No longer than 3 years from the date of request.
- For individuals interested in future real estate offers: No longer than 12 months from the date the offer becomes available.
- For individuals who have given consent: Until consent is withdrawn.
II. PRIVACY POLICY
What Information Does the Website www.mrre.pl Collect and How Is It Used?
The website www.mrre.pl collects information from visitors only to the extent necessary for the highest quality service.
